Certification Levels Introduction & Application Guidelines

Focus on software operation and basics of molding.
Through hands-on case studies in practical courses, candidates learn the application process of injection molding CAE simulation techniques and acquire basic skills in using Moldex3D simulation software.

Emphasizes demonstrating sufficient foundational knowledge in product and mold design (e.g., understanding basic software operations and result interpretation, familiarity with Moldex3D Studio’s functions and interface, and ability to prepare basic simulation reports).
Candidates should be able to apply Moldex3D simulation to solve injection molding problems.

Focus on proving candidates have sufficient foundational knowledge in product and mold design (e.g., analyzing problems through results, proposing improvements and implementing design changes, and preparing comprehensive simulation analysis reports).
Candidates must be able to apply Moldex3D simulation to solve injection molding issues.

General Applicants:
Subject to a selection process. Please contact our sales team for details on application requirements and procedures.
Authorized Resellers & Partner Faculty:
Applications are also accepted from authorized distributors and faculty members affiliated with academic partner institutions.
Available only to authorized resellers and university faculty partners. Candidates for Moldex3D Gold Instructor must meet the following criteria:
- Complete the Moldex3D Certificate Course (MCC) and pass both Analyst and Expert exams with scores higher than average candidates.
- After passing basic certification, candidates must pass the “MCC mock teaching” exam conducted by certification center reviewers to obtain this certification.

This is a “selective certification” that requires prior attainment of the Expert certificate. Application materials must include:
- A completed written application detailing outstanding achievements, publications involving Moldex3D, reputation, etc.
- Proof of the achievements and publications mentioned in the application, with permission for public use (e.g., website promotion, printing).
- At least two recommendation letters from third-party industry supervisors or academic professors.
The submitted application will be reviewed by the Moldex3D Master Certification Committee after passing the initial screening.
